Definitions

Auction Turnover Margin – EBITDA/Auction Turnover.

Auction Turnover – The knockdown price and buyer commission (excluding VAT) for the total number of lots sold through www.lauritz.com, mobile apps, Stockholms Auktionsverk, Helsingborgs Auktionsverk and Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionsverk plus the knockdown price www.qxl.dk, www.qxl.no and the sales price for items sold on LauritzOneBid.

Compounded annual growth rate (CAGR)  – Describes the compounded annual growth rate for a certain period.

EBIT – Earnings before interest and taxes.

EBITDA – Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciations and amortisations.

Investments in operating activities – Cash flow from investing activities less cash flow related to business combinations, less cash flow related to acquired promissory notes and less cash flow related to loans to parent companies.

Net interest bearing debt – The aggregated interest bearing debt excluding operational lease less (i) the aggregated interest bearing receivables (ii) shareholders loan and (iii) cash and cash equivalent of the Company according to the latest financial report.

Net interest bearing debt/EBITDA – Net debt devided by EBITDA for the last reported twelve month period according to the bond terms.

Net working capital – Inventories, trade receivables and other current receivables less trade payables and other payables.
